how do i delete all data ..say for a couple of months back...I want to regain some space on my phone as it won't let me update any apps as it says no space and I thought if I could delete some futbit data from months ago  this might help

Welcome to the forums!

 

The data is not kept on your phone. Its kept on the Fitbit servers.

You will need to find other ways to clear space on your Phone
