I have a Moto Z3 phone. I can't see any detailed graphs, especially for sleep... It shows a very simple read out out like it did when I had a Fitbit 4 years ago. Is there a Compatability issue.Anyone have this issue too?

Thanks for letting me know about the graphs not showing detailed information in the Fitbit app. I've verified your Moto Z3 phone isn't a fully supported device, and this may have affecting the information synced in the Fitbit app. While we cannot guarantee that all the features will keep working, we can try some steps together. To investigate, please let me know the name of the other graphs that are affected, as well the model of your Fitbit device. Also, take a screenshot of your sleep log from the Fitbit app, and attach it in your reply.
In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Close the Fitbit app from the open apps.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
- Open the Fitbit app and sync your Fitbit device.
