Everything is connected everything is charged but it's saying no device found. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and disconnected from Bluetooth and reconnected again too.. I'm lost at what to do

Could you tell me what Fitbit tracker you're using @Caitlin79? In the meantime you can try the troubleshooting steps I've shared here.
