When I open the app it says no device found

Has it ever been connected to the app?

What's displayed on the device?

When you say no device found, what are you doing @Chaoshacker 

 

Do you try to setup the tracker or is it simply during q sync

It has been connected to the app and worked.when I open the app it refrshes a red line goes across the top of the screen then says no device found

When I try to sync there is a red circle with a exclamation mark in it

Have you tried: 

  • Is the Fitbit app up to date. 
  • Turning Bluetooth off/on
  • Restarted the tracker and phone 
  • Removed the tracker from the phones bluetooth, do not remove from app
  • Cleared the Fitbit apps cache through phone settings / apps / Fitbit
  • While their let's stop the app and swipe app out of memory. 
  • Removed the Fitbit app / restarted phone / installed fresh copy of the fitbit app. 
  • Checked the help docs
