Have a Samsung Galaxy S9 paired with a Versa that just quit working after the new update. I've tried all the suggestions in the Help file, all the suggestions here, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc...any update as to when this will be corrected?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which difficulties you're experiencing with your device when you say that it quit working? Is your Versa not syncing anymore? Are you able to open the Fitbit app? Please expand on this so we can move forward with this situation and get you back on track as soon as possible.

About two weeks ago I stopped getting messages and notices. A couple days later I noticed the time was off. I tried to synch and my Versa basically stopped all together. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, forced stopped, cleared the cache and the data. I try to set up the device and get to the code ... but nothing.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Im having the same issue, it used to work perfectly fine before the new update, im currently waiting for help support e mail so they can help with issues, I have tried everything including settings on my android. Right after the new update!

Hello! Still having the same issues. I've done everything but reset my phone. Lol. About to give up. It's been 3+ weeks.

Hello! Yes I've tried all those steps and still no luck. I can still get all the way to putting in the code but I can't get pass that.
