Didn't receive Happy hill badge

I have accumulated over 10 floors pretty much every day and somehow haven't been awarded the badge yet. Anybody else? Any ideas???

Breath works on and off for me, likely needs to be be held firmly to the wrist for it to work

Please note that this situation is under investigation. In order to have concrete information, please be so kind to share the following:

• Smartphone model (seems Pixel Watch users are the most affected)
• Android app version
  • Open the app. Tap on the gear icon and the on "help and support". There you can find the app version. 
• Android Version on your smartphone

Fitbit: App version 4.14 (110045073) - and every released update since I first downloaded the app on November 21, 2022.

Phone: Android 14 - and 13 previously.

Watch: Wear Android 13 - and 12 previously.

Floors are recorded in activity for all days.

Failing with other products in the "family" kinda sucks, is it a family glitch that's also killing the GPS/battery too?

I've had 10+ floors most days and have not received happy hill. 

I have at least 2 days every month over 25 floors and at least 1 day this month with 35+ floors in fitbit and haven't received any floors badge. 

The floors recorded on pixel watch 2 just don't translate to Fitbit badges.
