Difficulties with setup process of Inspire HR

I have the HR one & I added inspire to my account but my friends isnt counting his steps & his account is taking all my info.   What did I do wrong?

Unfortunately, I was unable to totally understand your concern, therefore, I'd like to gather more information about the actual issue you're experiencing. To better assist you, can you please let me know if your Inspire HR was successfully setup in your account? Which mobile device are you using? What do you mean when you say that your friends isn't counting his steps and his account is taking all your information?
