My screen does not light up when I turn my wrist and when I push the button on the side it is very faint.

It is synced and fully charged.

Hi, there are a couple of settings that affect the device brightness. (This is on charge 4) You need to go into the device settings, swipe left from the clock to settings and touch settings. Brightness offers auto, normal & dim, set to auto or normal. Swipe up until you see "Do not disturb and "Sleep" these need to be off. You need to ensure that if you have a sleep schedule set you are not in the time period it covers.

Return to clock screen and sync with the app.

That should do the trick

Cheers
