Divice will not sync

This is the third time since purchase in June that I am unable to sync or track data. I followed "help" advice and re-installed device and am still not able to sync device.

@JuliRam A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for the troubleshoot that you've tried. Before contacting customer support, please confirm that you tried this syncing procedure posted by @AlejandraFitbit. If you did, then contact them and let them know the steps that you already did.
