Hi,
I own a Fitbit Charge 4 and a Domyos EL500 crosstrainer.
I also recently got a Pixel 6 and want to pair both devices at the same time with that phone.
Now I noticed that I'm not able to connect the bluetooth to the EL500 and wondered why, because it used to work on my old phone. When browsing the debug logs I noticed that instead of the EConnected app the Fitbit app is trying to pair with the crosstrainer (probably because it's faster). Obviously that does not work and I find it strange that this happens at all. In my opinion the Fitbit app should not auto pair with any devices when running in the background.
When I remove the 'Nearby Devices' permission in the Fitbit app settings it's connecting to the crosstrainer and working as expected but breaks the Fitbit app itself.
I expect that there are quite some other users that use Fitbit and Domyos devices and might run into the same issues on newer Android versions. Would be thankful if you could figure out a solution.
Kind regards
Daniel

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @sorekz.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the Fitbit app. Thank you for the information provided.
If you have multiple Bluetooth devices paired to your phone, you may have trouble using more than one at the same time.
Whether the Fitbit app is crashing, please log out, reboot your phone and log back in to the Fitbit app. You can also, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps.
