I keep on turning off email notications and it keeps turning back

Email notifications inexplicably started coming on my Versa. I turned it off, but every time it syncs it turns itself back on. I've never had email notifications on because they are excessive and distracting. Help!

I had an update 8 hrs ago.   Afraid to call for help because i get the same answers      sign out  sign in    turn off on   Bluetooth  off on.....i never had an issue til 8 hrs ago.

All of a sudden my emails are being sent to my charge 3 and I can not turn it off. When I hold the button and go to the did, sleep, wake there is no notification icon. 

 

Help I do not want my wrist vibrating all the time.

It is   so i chatted with fitbit and all of the above.... not they have escalted my concerns and it will be all over again on a different level.    Tired of it.  Thinking of going back to my fossil smart watch...i had wayyyy less issues.

I am having this issue too. I see that my app updated yesterday, so assuming that's it since nothing else changed... I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired and repaired the Fitbit to my phone, and restarted everything with no luck. 🥴

Ive just realized if i have my phone on silent i dont have vibration on my watch....  notifications are there i just dont know it..... how about others

It does that. There is an option along the lines of "always vibrate" or something like that, so that when your phone is silent it'll still send notifications to the Fitbit.

Glad I'm not the only one. I thought it was my phone, since I updated my phone today. The battery is going to die so quickly if I get all the notifications for email.

Likewise - seems to be a bug new to 3.41. I've downgraded to 3.40.1 and the issue has gone away.

Mine so far has stopped. But we will see, I have received emailed and it hadnt popped up on it yet. So it may have worked out the bugs ...thank you
