Im able to upload task,sleep,weight except  photos, it goes blank and exits the app sometimes i got runrime error notification. I tried relogin but noting worked. My fitbit inspire hr is just 2weeks old.

I'd like to have more detail about your inquiry. Are you trying to add a profile photo? Or trying to share an accomplishment? Please confirm that your phone is up to date.

I need to correct my quary as i told unable to upload pictures, actualy im not able to open the camera in the fitbit app it goes blank and shuts down my application..yea this is want i mean please find some solution to it as soon as possible im missing to post lot many things i dont to post my achievement with default blue and black i want some background picture to be uploaded.

I was trying to recreate this on my Android phone and it worked for me. Can you please follow these steps:

 

Uninstall the Fitbit app

Restart the phone

Install the Fitbit app 

 

If this doesn't help, please let me know.

I have tried uninstalling, restarted the phone, installed fitbit, but it didn't work,  i got 'runtime Error application crashed error. Below is the screen shot
