Error while changing Activity Goal

When I'm trying to change my Activity Goals in the FitBit app for Android, I try to change any Goal, click OK, then I get a continuous Loading message.

I've tried the obvious, clearing Data, Cache, reinstalling.. etc..

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community! I have tired to replicate your scenario since I haven't seen recent reports of similar issues with other users at the moment. Unfortunately I did not have any trouble at the moment to change my goals.

I was reading your post and thank you for letting me know you have tried already possible solutions to address this issue. I didn't see you have mentioned the following, so in case you haven't try this, please log out from your Fitbit account and force stop the app. Go back and log in and try again to your your goals from your account settings.

Other thing I'm wondering, since this changes are only effective if you are connected to internet, is if you are using mobile data or Wifi to change your goals? It should not be a problem what are you using, but it could be a potential caused too.

Additionally I saw you tried to upload a screenshot, which I appreciate the intention. However is not displaying so in case the issue persists, for more details on how to upload screenshots to our community; perhaps the following post might give you some extra help.

Keep me posed how it goes, I'll see you around.

Hi Roberto.

I think it was an Internet Connection Issue, as once I closed the app and reopened it, my Activity Goal had changed.

Thanks for your help!
