Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Fitbit should be monitoring the chats - I learned last time there was an update to go to the community chat first - I did panic at first, as I mentioned when I saw my EOV stats but calmed down when I clicked on my EOV stats from two months ago (which were just fine then) and saw that they had changed on my phone - yellow (Android phone). At the very least - send out a mass e-mail that says we are having an update- please notify us if amything gets screwed up- other than this I have been very satisfied with my Fitbit - but if this update glich is scaring people that is serious

I have numerous people who have android phones and they have the Samsung smart watches. I am thinking that will be my next step. I also have been a long time fitbut user. The same old problems that never seem to get fixed. It is getting real old.

I don't like this new color orange and green. They used to be normal looking every once in awhile. There would be a little bit of orange but now it's all the way across. The top of the page in the green is in the middle. I do not like this. I'm going to get rid of the watch. Go to something else

I just cancelled my premium plan. The main reason I got it was for the "Readiness score" but as it turns out my device Charge 3 doesn't support it. That may be the problem with the broken O2 graph too, but not sure. Personally, I think that the premium plan would serve the customer base better if it provided more stable and robust device to app features instead of an app that still doesn't work, but with the addition of workout routines and videos that are likely never to be used.

Yes this is definitely an Android issue. These are my charts from last night, my phone and my husband's phone that didn't do the update.

Hi all,
I have the same problem on fitbit versa 2/android phone. All of the sudden lots of yellow spikes when b/f I had none or one or two per night. I have also observed that all new graphs start at 0:00 hrs and they never show my waking time accurately. If I get up at 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 am, it shows 9:17 or 9:18 no matter what. Fitbit, please fix it. You are giving us anxiety attack suggesting we all got sleep apnea. As the saying goes, If it is not broken...etc.,. You itch to fix something, then fix stairs/elevation feature that is woefully inaccurate and undercounts, and mileage tracker that "steals" as much as 1.5 miles off my long hikes. Leave the sleep tracker as it was b/f.
