Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Exactly!!! I've posted and also "chat" with a rep. They are aware and working on it. I told them this is a serious glitch....some people think they have heart problems or sleep apnea. This fix should be a priority and why it's taking them weeks to fix it is mind boggling!!
I hope the next time they decide to rush out a major change to the Fitbit app with NO documentation of the changes, that they roll it out to the Apple iPhone users first and not the Android users! It's their turn to share in the fun (and frustration).
It only was not a fix - but now the Health Metrics are in the "New Improved" and completely useless format. They are now also the same terrible hard to read color scheme, with no ability to enlarge the graph or click on it to see specific data points. To me this is showing they are NOT listening to their loyal customers that HATE the changes, and will just keep plugging ahead because they know what's best.
I'm not getting rid of my FitBit because I'm mad that there's an error in their update. That kind of thing happens.
I'm getting rid of my FitBit because after checking my sleep stats on a regular basis and having regular elevated levels results forever - I suddenly had huge spikes and felt very concerned. Which then led me to check the places that FitBit SHOULD have placed a notice to me that there was a bug that was being worked on.
It took a while to find this forum and FitBit's response is what I would call - in all due respect - completely incompetent. I don't want to use a health product from a company that has no clue what they should do when their app is giving wrong information that is highly stressful and alarming.
That's exactly how I feel. I can excuse a coding error. That happens! The whole thing would've been FINE if they'd just sent an email or put an in-app notification saying "we're aware of the issue and will correct it in an update this month."
Instead, Fitbit's complete lack of public engagement on this has left many users scared about their health, and they don't appear interested in letting anyone know. We know from folks here that many have spoken with their doctors. Imagine how many people HAVEN'T found this forum yet and are just going around thinking something's wrong with them, too.
It's just so very unethical, I can't see myself supporting the company any longer. I cancelled my subscription and I think I'm going to get a Garmin.
Even worse I find that their customer service reps didn't know it was a glich. One was most insistent that I see a Dr as my sats had been high for months. She wouldn't listen when I said they'd been fine the week before but they'd all changed and said that was impossible and I couldn't have checked properly. If you have a health issue you are monitoring this is extremely unlikely. I found it incredibly rude.
My oxygen levels also show very high fluctuations pretty much all night as do many many other people on this thread! Apparently there is a massive issue with the latest update
Best AnswerI've been reading reviews for other trackers. I'm going to give Whoop a try. Anyone else have experience with it? From what I've read, they have better accuracy for sleep analysis.
Best AnswerMy app updated last night and this issue is STILL NOT FIXED!!! All that's changed is that the graphs are even more difficult to read and use. Please revert to the old oxygen variation presentation and to the old graphs generally. The earlier version of the app was way better. This just ruins Fitbit for me and I, like a lot of other customers, will be looking for another tracker if this isn't resolved soon.
What version of the app do you have? I've not received an update and am still on 3.64.5.
I received the new Fitbit update and the issues have been resolved in both current and past records. However, for some stupid reason, I'm not permitted to post the actual version number in the community.
