Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

I don't exactly want to turn off O2 either though as the oxygen level overall still gets calculated and displayed just fine and that requires the same clockface to be on of course. But I sure hope they turn it back. Until then, guess I'll just ignore the graph

Sometime last night, my fitbit sleep monitoring section changed/updated. The whole section looks different now, and my oxygen variation graph section is now showing that I have high variations. I have never had yellow spikes in my readings; always just a pretty mid level green reading. Now, I have several yellow spikes, not only in this latest reading, but also when I look back at readings from MONTHS ago. They all have changed in appearance and are showing lots of high variations. What does this mean? How can what was deemed central low oxygen variation levels now be worrisome high variation levels? Honestly, I may have only had 2 occurrences of a yellow spike in the past 3 years...now EVERY graph is showing yellow! Anyone else see something similar in their graphs?

There is an issue with an app. Apparently, it's yet another not tested release 🙄 Can't believe such a huge bug could fly under QA radar 🙄

Why did you recently change this chart. The previous chart was helpful and easy to read. This one looks like an ekg reading and is not helpful at all. Please bring back the previous chart. Thank you.

I have the same issue with my Versa 3. I won't only spike in yellow once in awhile than this morning it was huge Orange spikes all over the place but my SP02 percentage was 95% which is normal. Fitbit needs to fix this, what good is this information if it is wrong. And they want me to pay for Premium? No way.

Things like this added to me being on my fifth fitbit watch and they all seem to fail within a few weeks of the warranty & update ... don't think I'll bother buying a sixth!

I am having the same issue. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP, so I monitor and log my blood oxygen levels daily. With the new update, all my blood oxygen data changed - for the worse. The data is really terrible now, which would indicate that my CPAP therapy isn't working AT ALL. Prior to the update, my blood oxygen levels were in the acceptable range. I've had 2 online chats that could not resolve the issue, so the problem has been escalated.

Yes, it has changed all of my graphs that were previously in the green with an occasional orange now and then. I did an update last week but graph didn't change until today. Now all of them look really bad. Glad I'm not the only person that is experiencing this.

Same here, it has changed all of my graphs. Unfortunately I didn't screenprint them before. I remember them though. I would every 3 or 4 days have an orange spike, now every one shows orange all the way across the graph every day.

Same, I'm relieved too, I was alarmed when I saw my sleep this morning. My previous charts that were all green have changed also.

Regarding the change to 00:00 on the chart, I think they just switched it to a duration of sleep instead of the specific times. If you add your time asleep + any awake time, it will likely match the ending number on the chart. For example I slept 5 hrs 7 minutes, was awake for 49 minutes, and my oxygen variation starts at 00:00 and goes to 5:48:22, which is roughly close to my time asleep + awake.
I also tried to discern any patterns, like were the variations similar to my "awake" pattern, but that doesn't seem to be the case... very odd.

My charge 5 has done the same thing today. I check my EOV every morning and even the graphs that has no orange spikes over the last few weeks have ALL orange spikes! So Im assuming something else is going on with the fitbit and not my heart!

That's weird. This new data also suggests that I have major breathing issues every night, which is news to me. I have never been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, but now I thinking I'm going to have to go to a sleep doctor to have my sleep checked. But if others have the same problem, then perhaps this is some issue with the software.

HAHA dangit! I was really hoping I'd at least brought some logic to the madness using my web dev logic. Hopefully the engineers/support get back to us soon and clarify what the heck is going on.

I just heard back from Fitbit. They said they are aware of the problem and are working on a resolution. So, I think the crazy blood oxygen stats are some type of software glitch. Before you get too worried and run off to see a sleep specialist, wait to see if Fitbit fixes the issue. I'll post asap if I find things have been corrected.
