Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

OMG...... I have just gone through like over a year of my stats look like they sloooooowly have been creeping into the orange spikes category (I've always had green so was perplexed as to why it's been so bad for so long?.... what?...) In the last month or apparently it's gone bezerk off the charts. What? I've recently had a full cardiac assessment (no issues whatsoever) and was like "Should see my doctor, this is really concerning". I am SO relieved that something is up with this. Disregarding altogether. Phew!

Even though their TOS protects them, it's not in their customer loyalty nor financial best interest to render their platform unstable and simply leave it this way. On that point I have to agree. When these devices work well with the app, they are quite remarkable tools for our betterment. We wouldn't use them if we didn't believe this to be true.
They're going to be launching the next generation watches soon so leaving the app in this state is very much not an option(at least not if they want anyone to upgrade).
Technology is really only great when it works. This is true of anything. Fitbit had many more tools at their disposal to act swiftly to either patch their app or roll it back. They didn't do anything. They didn't even put out a system-wide memo for the techs answering phone calls to refer to about the known issue, which is one of the first things a good tech team does. Instead we have been trying to help out one another here. Hopefully we'll get a statement from Fitbit soon with an ETA on a fix.

I have installed the aptoide app and downloaded the fitbit 7/12 version and yet when I see it in downloads it says "update available" or cancel. It says fitbit ready to install in downloads on phone but nothing happens when I clicck on it. Any clue what I'm doing wrong? Thanks Aiden1 for the link

From what I have been reading it sounds like it's an Android issue. There doesn't appear to be a fix yet. SO upsetting. I thought there was something really wrong with me and was ready to make an appt to see my doctor

When is this issue going to be rectified by Fitbit?
This aspect of my Fitbit is really important to me.

I just tried the Fitbit chat feature to see if someone could identify the issue and provide a fix. He just told me to turn my phone off and back on, so no help there. I would recommend going thru chat to at least make a record of the issue you're having. Perhaps if enough people contact them they will do something about it.

Thank god this is a design flaw or BUG! I have been extra worried since the change - the graph is useless but the number of variations totally scarry! I've been thinking I am in serious trouble with my breathing! Please fix this pronto!

Yes, I called Fitbit to report this issue over a week ago.. They said they DON'T know anything about this and that I should see my Dr because I must have breathing issues. Very upsetting that they didn't believe that this is a malfunctioning part of Fitbits software

Fitbit has drastically changed from the beginning. The support team use to do there best to assist you.dont think they are in no hurry to try and rectify assigning ticket case numbers with no responses or communication.
