Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today.  Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

I note that you call fixing a blatant error with your charts an "improvement" - why can you not own up to the fact that this was a mistake on your company's part? Surely you can see how infuriated your users are, at the very least you could acknowledge the inconvenience you have caused to practically all your Android users rather than brushing it aside as just something that needs "improvement".

I also note that fact that you are giving yourself practically another month to fix this issue by saying it will be fixed this month, don't you think we deserve better than this?

Not to sound melodramatic but I won't be giving you any of my money ever again and I'll make sure my friends and family know that this is how you think of your users.

I gotta shake my head that they don't just roll back to a version that worked and post it as a new version.  At least so customers can be relieved and they can then work on the problem.  As it is now things are getting worse by letting customers sit out here with no resolution.  I rolled mine back, but it was a pain.

Oh I am happy. I finally was successful installing an older version of fitbit and all my charts are back to normal. Thank you for the link Aiden1. Wouldn't work on an old phone but worked on a newer Samsung Thanks again.

Thanks - that's a relief - had me a little worried!

The yellow lines above and the green lines below are way way out there.

Hello....I would like to try and go back to older version.  Can you send the link or instructions on how this is done. I have a newer Samsung phone and a Charge 4 Fitbit.

Thanks!

Any updates on this? I'm having the same issue with my Android app. The oxygen variation is super high compared with before the update.

@MarkFolse  If you are an Android phone user, and I think you are, this is a bug in the Fitbit app.

If you put your Fitbit on your ankle when you ride your spin bike, then you just don’t get it.

Yes, I'm an Android user. Thanks. It was pretty disconcerting. And they
need to add a scale to that graph so it means something.

Same, just noticed this today morning. Got worried after seeing the wonky line, but then scrolled down to find out all the previous graphs are also messed up. Hope they fix soon.

Fitbit does not allow select updates. I received a new pebble that had zero O2 information. I had do install the most recent update to get any SpO2 readings and backing it out means I will be left with nothing for O2.

No, it's not accurate by any means.   They did a horrible update.   Mine went from no high variations to similar to what you show.

The SPO2 instrument is capable of much more. It is possible to get real time SPO2 but they wont enable it. There is not even a scale on their graph for sleep SPO2. They can change any scale or threshold on any graph at any time. We could lose all of this data unless we back it up (which is deliberately made difficult).

The SPO2 threshold may have been changed, but nobody can tell becasue there is no scale on the graph. The trend line looks like they changed the resolution too. I put posts up ages ago asking fit bit if this could be used to check sleep apnea. Months after that they tightened the thresholds. That and the fact that ECG is not accessible abroad! I have just had to register on this forum for some reason!

It's good hardware... the software and support is just rubbish.

Someone should mod and flash this unit...

Yes!! Among everything else going wrong😏

Can't even sync my phone after rebooting Fitbit! Not to mention the oxygen graph!@

Use "sleep cycle" with the fit bit if you want to monitor apnea without paying for a spouse. Spouses don't really notice unless it annoys them... The app picks it up every time 😉
