Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today.  Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Hi, if you look back to posts around July 20th and onward you will see hundreds of people complaining about this so-called software update. Some part of me suspect a high school student in Lithuania made the update and nobody bothered to test it before they released it. Thus far there has been no admission of an issue by Fitbit and no fix offered. Some people were panicking and making doctors' appointments to explore whether they had sleep apnea...but it appears to be just Fitbit apnea, with crappy customer service as an added bonus.

Kinda seems like the staff doesn't use a Fitbit.

Check out the post titled Estimated Variation Graph is broken. The update is causing a lot of unhappy Fitbit users.

Hi lizzie, a week is gone by since you posted that. There are hundreds of us out here wondering when the heck we're going to get a satisfactory answer. My personal preference would be to roll back to the previous firmware. I think we should be offered that option. It's clear you guys can't fix this in any timely manner. Option to roll back to prior version would be appreciated.

This is a known bug that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the main thread for the issue at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Estimated-Oxygen-Variation-graph-is-broken/td-p/5192757

Amen.....We would be totally grateful if you rolled back to prior version....some of us have been long time and loyal customers even with the increases of your watches being almost same in costs. Do the right thing going around the clock and saying nothing to your users is unprofessional........unacceptable and just plain wrong 😕

What I have been wondering is if anyone at Fitbit actually USES their devices?  Does the management team look at these "improvements" every morning and think to themselves "wow, this is really great, we did such a nice job"?  Maybe they all have Apple phones and it doesn't affect them?  I just really don't get it.  It's not just the SpO2 that's messed up.  The weight graphs are a disaster as well.

I agree when I replaced my watched Said premium was a gift I had to take it....I don't understand if I'm paying for my own product should I not be the one that chooses?  But not to get off the issue if you can't provide the support you use to have stop the updates!!! At this point since no answer from Lizzie FS just remove the graph until you can get it together better than PPL looking at it and getting mire anxious because no resolution

Exactly.
No way does anyone actually working on FITBIT team use the device.

Except possibly their grade school kids who just LOVE the Sleep Animals. I
expect there will be a Hello Kitty on the next upgrade.

I would be very happy to receive the older version as an 'update' from Fitbit. One user on his own searched and downloaded an older version and it worked for him. I expect FB to do this for us as we did not mess up the firmware. I do have screenshots of previous graphs and the exact same graphs 'updated' and you'd never believe they were the same. Wondering the same as others expressed in this forum if Fitbit uses and monitors their own products.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Got a case number on chat over week ago promised emails nothing then as I mentioned above spoke to several like 6 fitbit technicians that act like they do t know what your are talking about and must be a new problem with your device....I AM SO OVER THIS 😠 😡

I've called multiple times and chatted on Twitter. I've given up. I've gotten some really ridiculous comments and suggestions it's incredible!

i just noticed that my blood oxygen saturation has a lot of of high variations and it never used to be like that.  In fact, the graph looks entirely different than it did.  Has anyone else noticed this change on Versa 3?

If this hasn't been addressed or at least acknowledged by the end of the month with some sort of timeline to resolution I am going to reluctantly have to cancel my subscription and move to another tracker. People are consistently contacting the company and they won't even acknowledge that they understand what the issue is. We shouldn't have to beg to have clarity of information. Maybe this needs to be escalated to higher levels at Fitbit so they understand the tangible damage they are causing to their brand.
