Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

I noticed the screwed up sleep data after the last Jul 2022 Fitibit update which seems to have changed /rendered Android sleep tracking data charts unusable (I’ve read that this is only messed up on Android, but OK on IOS). Many folks on this board and elsewhere are very unhappy about lack of fix and response from Fitbit. All of my “Sleeping Heart Rate” and “Estimated Oxygen variation” charts no longer reflect reality. Before this update, my “Sleeping Heart Rate” chart data typically displayed a “hammock” shape with very few spikes into the Above Resting Heart Rate area, and the HIGH (orange) peaks in “Estimated Oxygen Variation” now incorrectly reports the A LOT OF HIGH variation so that these High variation orange peaks dominate the chart which is an indication of breathing issues, whereas before the last Jul 2022 update, all my data showed only a few orange spikes into the high category… This update has also changed all of my historic data so ALL ARE WORTHLESS now. Historic and current oxygen variation data are now reported so BADLY that if it isn't fixed asap - I will seek a non-Fitbit solution that works. Googe/Fitbit -- please demonstrate care by rolling back to previous version and then fixing this one, TEST TEST TEST it and THEN release.

Well yeah, most companies have a contingency plan for an update rollout
failure such as this. There are exceptions to that, such as data that's
corrupted somehow as a result of the update though. I've managed to locate
the installation file for the last known "stable" release. I'm going to
try and roll back. We'll see how that goes.

I've used a fitbit for years. My oxygen saturation was already good with no highs. Suddenly it shows high saturation levels. When I look back in my history it's showing highs in the past when it was NEVER high. It changed my history and now shows that I'm really messed up. What is the deal??

Yes, I've the same problem since the charge 5 update.

As the peaks roughly correspond it looks like they've narrowed the parameters that push it into the orange zone. I'm beginning to wonder also, if the zero hours start relates to the time you start sleeping rather than midnight.
I went to bed around 3 but it still showed as 00.00

Coming up to 2 weeks since this issue occurred - is it still not resolved?

I am having same issue! Please fix!

Still unresolved, I've been checking for updates ever since. Kind of silly they would release something with such a big bug.

Ya I think the zero hours is like your start time. They seem to have changed the programming, instead of when you started sleeping and when you wake up it now just shows the length of sleep basically .... Really stupid IMO

This isn't helpful if you ate trying to correlate it with heart rate etc.
I don't think I'll be replacing my versa with another fitbit device unless this is resolved properly.
It's now making people doubt their old charts.

Yeah same here, had the odd one or two "spikes" before and now it's all over the place!
Thanks

Yes, very disappointed in Firbit. Supposedly a well known company, been in busy for years, successfully. Well, that sure has changed!!

I gotvan app update and oxygen levels are now messed up. I get a firmware update and now I don't get any sleep score. Wearing my firbit as I always have.

It's not actually showig start time as zero hours. I often don't get up to bed until 2am ... and yet it is showing results before I have even gone to bed .... as well as results after I have got up . It was at least reasonably in line with my actual bed time before! Today the sleep pattern it recorded below the actual sleep chart was out of accord with the accurate times both i terms of figures and chart illustratio. Nothing tied up

It's too bad FitBit doesn't make this an option on their site. At least be able to get people back to a working version until it's fixed. Even if they released the old version as a newer one just so the update kicks in.

And this is why I'm waiting for the Pixel Watch. Granted it will have Fitbit features since Google bought Fitbit.

Does anyone know if Fitbit is even trying to fix this? - In an update over a year ago when there was a glitch at least a Fitbit rep wrote on the chat they were working on a fix.

It's some sort of programming error in the parameters that generate the new updated chart. My SPo2 only fluctuated between 96 and 98% that night and that would make the lower graph much more of an accurate representation. 2% is hardly a "high variation"

I get you are aware of the issue they keep saying but I really see no true updates except telling us to keep app up to date my oxygen graphs are all over the place I check my stuff daily and on days we're mo spikes shows totally different information.
