Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Me too, thankfully my husband refused the update on his phone so he can log me in and I can check mine.
Best AnswerI have a versa 2 and I looked at the oxygen variations and it was all over the place. I went back to Feb. and they were the same so that told me the fitbit update I got was screwy to say the least. I still do not get the floor count of how many times I go up and down. A lot of things really suck. I still ponder getting a Samsung watch. I will be glad when someone can unscrew the screwing up they have done. I checked on my mobile, on my PC and even on the website and the oxygen is really messed up.
Same here! I worked myself into a panic attack over it! 😔
After receiving a software update Version 3.64(36419051) for my versa 2 and versa lite the graph displaying estimated oxygen variation has gone haywire showing a full night of erratic readings. It has affected all the historical readings also.
How can I resolve the issue.
Thanks for the update Lizzy!
Best AnswerYes! That's when I started researching online and saw the issues.
I upgraded to Fitbit premium a month or two ago and the interface is more difficult to figure out, I assumed that the 02 saturation was either stripped from the premium version or hard to find, but this morning noticed it shows up when I drill into sleep and click on restful. Stupid. And it's broken, like it's just a placeholder image with yellow peaks all over.
Yes. Same with me. I think the reason I never changed to another brand is because I never checked all the different cardio exercises, sleeping, and breathing support. Just used for steps. I'm considering Samsung Galaxy since I have am android phone.
Dave, what are the steps to "create your own way to get back to a previous version of Fitbit"? I think if they release a version in the future that seems to work, I will select "disable" on automatic updates, but that's 20/20 hindsight at this point since I've already been upgraded. also in 20/20 hindsight perhaps it makes sense to not be one of the first ones to update your Fitbit app but instead delay a week or two and check the community board to make sure that there aren't a lot of gripes about a new release.
