Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Hello @PinkPJs
Do not worry, what you are seeing is not real but a bug from Fitbit. Everybody is seeing the same as you on their data. No need to worry or alert your doctor.
Best AnswerI did as well. This needs to be fixed asap. I was about to schedule an appt with a pulmonologist.
Best AnswerI was about to make an appointment with my pulmonologist. I bet a lot of people are now wasting money for sleep studies etc. Not cool!
Has anyone yet suggested "FITBIT Forum" desperately needs a "known issues" space?
It would be a space where community could search but NOT post. It would be maintained by appropriate FITBIT persons who would be posting with most appropriate summary and keywords pertaining to "known" problems.
It would save everyone, on all sides, a lot of time and grief. Otherwise (now) we spend inordinate amount of time searching through random threads to eventually (if ever) stumbling across a moderator post stating "yeah, we know about this problem" or "it is not a problem", etc..
Just to pile on, knowing the futility:
Since I got the device seven months ago I've been humored by the darned near useless "oxygen variation" graph with no x/y labels and no real explanation of what it even is. It has been nothing more than a very rudimentary "I guess that whatever this is actually showing...is apparently OK...I guess".
Much to our great surprise now our entire history for that graph is "I guess that whatever this is actually showing...is apparently VERY VERY VERY BAD, call a doctor".
And yet the graph still has no indication what it even is. The 'x' axis appears to be time....we might GUESS it is 'sleep time'. The 'y' axis is apparently (GUESS) whatever "variability" is. What the heck does that even mean, in this context, with no absolute numbers? Does it mean a variability around and average? What is the scale? Did a person's O2 saturation vary +/- 2% around an average? Did it vary +/- 10% around an average? Did it vary +/- 50%?
Danny, not a bad idea but I'm sure people would still post in addition to possibly searching for KNOWN ISSUES. In the meantime, I think Lizzy tried to accomplish that objective of letting people know that FITBIT is aware of the erratic EOV graph and is working on it in that she linked HER POST (with this information) as "Answered! Go to the Best Answer " at the bottom of the ORIGINAL POST that reported the EOV problem.
Best AnswerNo...this has been a problem now for over a week now, as least for me. I've spoken to customer support and the only answer is, "We're working on it."
Seriously??? Fitbit is a huge company and because of this problem, so many users have been caused inexcusable stress and worry.
Get it together Fitbit!!!

Hi everyone.
Thanks for your continued reports. Just to clarify, this issue is affecting the Fitbit app on Android devices, regardless of what Fitbit device you have. I understand how important the EOV data is for you and our team is currently working to bring a fix to all of you soon. In the meantime, please keep the Fitbit app updated as you've been doing so far.
By the way, I've moved some of your posts to this thread, as well as floated this topic in the Android board. That way other members can join the conversation and share their experience. Your feedback is truly appreciated and I'll update this thread as soon as I receive more details from our team.

Fitbit has a hell of a lot of people freaked out, during a pandemic, and this is the response? Are we all waiting for the CPAP stock purchases to be finalized?
Moderator Edit: Word choice
Best Answer@LizzyFitbit it's still worth pushing a message into the app (Fitbit does that sometimes when things break). Only a fraction of users will come here looking for solution. Without in-app notification you leave many clueless and probably worried.
This is exactly what happened to me! I was very concerned until the old readings also were changed. I contacted customer support and spoke with a supervisor. He never mentioned a problem when I suggested it might be from an update. The earlier version on my cell phone was accurate until I did the update. At least I'm happy to learn that others have had the same problem and I don't have a serious health issue!
