Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today.  Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

The EOV graph from the iOS (iPad) Fitbit app was never affected. I had the same problem as everybody else with the Android app. After the update to 3.65.1 the graphs were more like they had been.
Below the iOS graph (green) is overlaid on the Android graph (red). Except for the line thickness they are basically identical.

Great to know a company cannot be trusted. I still have issues. They seem
to not know what they are doing so I am going to shop elsewhere. Shame
too. I wasted that money on a versa two. Never again.

My FitBit Charge 5 has reverted back to the old oxygen graph but my wife's hasn't. What can I do?

So just a funny note for all of us that HATE the new graphs...I saw that the Sense 2 is being released so I went to check it out.  On Fitbit's website they are showing the graphs from the OLD (much more usable) app - not the ghastly "improvements" we got!  Hey developers, can we go back too and actually be able to see the data and track trends?

The improved EOV graph is better, but not great by any means.  Not nearly as good as it was before the big glitch!  I hope it's still being worked on??  Please don't think it's fixed - it's not, yet.  It's apparent that a lot of us really depend on it, so I hope we can count on considerable further improvement - and soon - until it's at least as good as it was, and hopefully better.

I am probably leaving Fitbit too, alas. After Charge 2, 3 and 4... which I
realy liked very much... but now do not trust the data nor support
responses. I am investigating Garmin or Galaxy wearables. I downloaded and
removed Fitbit update "fixes" twice to reinstall previous version as their
"fix" didn't work for me. RIP Fitbit.

Couldn't agree more. I contacted them through chat and asked if there was a way to remove the update and go back to the previous version. The answer was no.

Be safe.

I have been getting readings from the updated oxygen variation for few weeks now. The last 2 nights I've gotten a flat green line - not working at all now!! Any fix for this??

Best Answer
My updated graphs are totally nonsensical and don't match with the very
accurate ring that I have been using, which does match my oximeter readings.

I no longer trust Fitbit at all. I'm glad I don't pay for the premium
service as the data appears to be garbage.

Not sure, my occasionally does that

I'm gone too. I won't buy another Fitbit.

I have my O2 ring oximeter now that gives me accurate data I can actually
use.

What brand of spo2 ring did you get? Wellvue or something else? Thinking of
getting one

Wellvue. I really like it. Lots of data points. And I've compared the
readings to my fingertip oximeter and they match.

Did it match with your Fitbit data?

The Fitbit data is better now than it was, but it doesn't match the ring
consistently enough. It does some nights, but others it is way off.

So, between the three devices, I trust the Fitbit the least. I'll just be
using it as a watch as I don't even trust it to be accurate in terms of
time spent in each sleep cycle. Considering how inaccurate the oxygen data
is, I have zero faith in the rest now.

Nope.  My mobile said one thing and the online dashboard said something different.  My stairs have never been counted right.  The days when I do numerous stairs, I get nothing.  The days when I do no stairs, then they show up.  This has been going on for a very long time and I already know that stairs are counted when I go up and down at least 15 steps.  Some days I do a lot more than others.  The laughable part?  Is when I don't go up or down stairs yet just getting out of my car counts as doing stairs.  I need a more reliable smart watch.
