Best AnswerFitbit keep crashing when opening exercise. Only on exercise and has been happening since yesterday. Still not fixed. I tried the advise to clear the cashe and it hasn't made any difference. Didn't think it would if everyone is having the same trouble at once 🤷:female_sign:
Received my Charge 4 yesterday. Android app keeps crashing. This ONLY happens when I try to launch the exercise tile on the dashboard.
So far I have tried the following:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Un-paired and re-paired the tracker
Rebooted the tracker
Deleted the cache on the app
Phone is a Xiaomi Mi9 (so no SD card problems) and I have been running a Charge 3 on the app and phone with no problems for over a year.
Really disappointed with the Charge 4 and will be returning and reverting to the Charge 3 it if fitbit cannot resolve this app problem.
Best AnswerWorking for me now😀😀😀
Went to settings>app manager>chose fitbit app>cleared cache, cleared data, also did a forced stop of the app. (Just to be sure!)
Then restated my phone.
All is well again.
Yay! 😁😁😁

Best AnswerThe exercise function is still causing the app to crash this morning
Hi, this is still happening for me since last night (I've only had my fitbit for 2 days). I've tried a restart, cache clear, etc.
