Still not working for me after 24 hours. Not happy as I only bought the charge 4 for the built in GPS.

That's perfectly normal as the app will redownload (sync) your data from FitBit's servers

Your exercise data is backed up in the cloud

Your data should re-sync from that servers. I did the reset this morning and all my data is back and available.

A lot of folks are reporting crashes when trying to view \ edit the exercise section of the FitBit app.
This is the fix that worked for me. However. please note that if you attempted this yesterday or earlier this morning it will have failed to rectify the issue. Now that FitBit have applied a fix at their side, this method should work.
IMPORTANT: Before using this method please be aware that your phone will say that you will lose all data in the app, however your exercise data is backed up on the FitBit servers and it should be re-downloaded, well at least mines was. As always, I post this on the understanding you do this at your own risk!!
Upon opening the app you will be asked to login and your data should re-sync from the FitBit servers. Exercise tab should now work without any issues.
Hope this helps those experiencing issues!!

For the last day, every time I click on the Exercise icon on the phone app, it starts to load the screen, then stops the app. Forcing a stop and restarting the phone has no effect. I can access the information online from the PC but not on the phone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance,
