Update 5/1/20: This issue has been resolved with the release of 3.19.2. Please update your app if you haven't already.
Hi everyone. We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile.
To fix an issue where the Fitbit app unexpectedly crashes when you open the Exercise tile, follow these steps. Note you’ll need to log back into the Fitbit app with your email address and password.

I used the Exercise tile today on my Fitbit Versa. A little over an hour of exercise was logged. I wore the watch for several hours afterwards. I received several hourly step reminders after the exercise. Then I forgot about it until around 8 hours later when I noticed the watch would not light up. No time display when I press the left button - just a black screen. I connected the Versa watch to the charger but received no response after 20 min on the charger - still a black screen. I pressed the left button and the right bottom button and held them down for 10 seconds but the watch would not turn on. I pressed the left button and the right bottom button and held them down for 4 minutes but still a black screen. The watch never displayed the Fitbit logo indicating restart. I also tried holding down all 3 buttons for 2 minutes and still it would not turn on. Do you have any suggestions on how to start my Versa? My Versa is connected to an iPhone XR with 90 GB unused storage.

All ok now I deleted app and reinstalled and seems to be ok for now

No my iPad still not showing exercise circle or previous days data and I cant see how friends steps are doing or requests unless I check my emails I'm disgusted with fitbit.com right now

Well I dont know,what more I can do my end its Fitbit. Com that need to get their act together!!!! I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled I've updated app and fit bit I've turned my I pad off and refreshed what more an I do ?

I still can't sync. The only steps that have recorded was the walk with the dog this morning. I can't play with this thing any more. This is giving me a headache
Hopefully someone can get to the bottom of this problem and remedy it. I noticed this happened after an update. May not want to update again...

Fat chance of a fix, my ionic is now a bric after recent update 22.04.20 and Fitbit only suggestion is to buy a new ionic (current one just over warranty period) 25% off! Now app causing problems on my note 9 with my old Surge paired. I'm looking at a Huawei GT2 had enough of Fitbit after 6 years of loyal use, only downside is all my data will be lost.
