No problems with this tile on our Samsung cell phone. No problem on my Samsung Tab S6 tablet, but problem on my husband's Samsung Tab S5E. All have the same Fitbit version/update. He tried your suggestion on his tablet. No change.

If you clear the app data do you loose all the information on your fitbit account? Has clearing the data worked for anyone?
