No problems with this tile on our Samsung cell phone. No problem on my Samsung Tab S6 tablet, but problem on my husband's Samsung Tab S5E. All have the same Fitbit version/update. He tried your suggestion on his tablet. No change.
Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner
Close the app
Go to the Settings on your phone
Go to Apps
Go to Fitbit, select
select Storage and Cache.
Clear both Cache and Data.
Go back to desktop, open app and login again.
