Ok @Willow14 , well the phone is not that old so I'm guessing it comes with Android 9 at least? Personally I don't pay any attention to the compatibility list as in my opinion as long as you have bluetooth and a minimum of Android 7.0 it should work. I have a Nokia 8.1 and my wife has a 7.1 and before that we had a Nokia 8 and 5. None of these are on the list (in fact NO Nokia phones are on the list) yet we have had no syncing issues with a Charge 2, Charge 3, Blaze, Versa 2 and Ionic. Can you try removing the tracker from the app, clearing it from Bluetooth, uninstall the app, reboot the phone then start from scratch?

Sounds like there are different problems for iPhone vs Android. I'm using a Pixel XL 3 and it's been working fine since I deleted the data cache and stored data. I had also had problems with GPS activity maps not loading and that is also working fine now.

I don't have an issue with opening the Exercise tile, but intermittently when trying to export TCX (open exercise > ... > Export TCX) that function crashes and takes me back to the exercise (without the ability to share the TCX file). It doesn't seem to happen for all exercises and after trying 2-3 times it seems to work.
Samsung Galaxy S8, Android 9
FitBit app 3.19.1 and 3.19.2 (since 28.04)
