My wife and I both have our own inspire HR and both use the Android app. On both of our phones, the Android app can no longer show the map for our walks since roughly 9/22. We are running version 3.30 and using Android 10 and Android 11 respectively.
We both make sure that the device is in connected and GPS is running, as per the notification while exercising. We have tried clearing the app data and login again but this has not solved any of our problems. Our firmware is also up to date.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which phones are you and your wife using? Is this occurring with all the recorded exercises or just a specific one? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the app with the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
