My exercise days won't seem to load. It's been doing this for about 3 days. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, uninstalling the app and deleting the cache but nothing seems to work.
Yes mine has logged a walk excercise also, i was told by support last night also that there is a new app release on the 25th that should the ongoing issues.
I have little confidence at this stage but lets see!
Hello @Meganleo
The app updates tend to rollout in waves. Please keep checking in the Play Store for the update to version 4.26.1.

Best AnswerHello @Palexr
I've been seeing users report the exercise data syncing issue has not been resolved after updating to version 4.26.1. I've also seen Moderator posts since the app update started rolling out acknowledging the syncing issue and that the team is working on a fix.
At this point, there isn't any further troubleshooting we can do since the issue is on the Fitbit side. The fix for the syncing problem can't come soon enough for us all.

Best AnswerThere is a new version? 4.27? Still on 4.26 here and no updates waiting.
Best AnswerThe annoying thing, my wife's Charge 2 syncs her exercises. Both have Charge 2, same firmware and same Fitbit app version. Don't get why hers works but not mine.
We just finished an exercise tonight. Mine only shows heart rate/steps/calories etc but no exercise. I'm losing out on Discovery Vitality points. Iv reset my Charge 2 multiple times, reinstalled the app, cleared cache but nada!
Best AnswerThis is really so random. I started off my old Charge 2, connected it. And...
Nothing. Still no syncing.
Best AnswerI am on Fitbit v4.26.1 on my Pixel 9 Pro and 3.23.3 on my Pixel Watch 3. My exercise panel syncs again, not sure what change it was. I had heard that if your linked with MyFitnessPal to your Fitbit account it caused issues for some users. I unlinked mine and waited til Sunday and following that everything was working again. It could also be a coincidence coinciding with an app update. I am also not including Google Health Connect data on my Fitbit Today.
Prior I had done all the usual, clear data/cache, restart, etc. but none of that helped at all. Overall it's been a rough road so far - especially as a former Apple Watch user (which is flawless), Fitbit quality seems to be a bit of a millstone around Pixel's neck in terms of user experience.
Best AnswerI am on 4.26.1 on a Pixel as well and I am still experiencing this problem. I have done all of the troubleshooting mentioned above by everyone else.
Best AnswerMine has been working for a few months now. Do you know if you connect your Fitbit account to MyFitnessPal?
Best AnswerMine is working now.
I'm on the latest release 4.28
I am connected to MyFitnessPal.
Best AnswerI had to update my Fitbit app to the newest version, 4.28, to get it to finally work
