I tracked walking exercise while walking outside, I used GPS and if I finished my exercise then I saw on app my walking details (time, distance, map etc). Then I closed Fitbit app and if I open it again then I see that my walking exercise is changed to Outdoor Bike. Duration is 36 min, but I walked more than a hour! Also map is disappeared and other data also. But if I look weekly summary from dashboard then it seems that there are counted my steps and kilometers etc. So here I have a question - why Fitbit app have changed exercise type and data?

That is the Smart-Track feature, which automatically detects some types of exercise. As you've experienced, sometimes it gets it wrong. I went into the exercise settings and set the outdoor biking auto-detect to off. That fixed it for me.
