Extra steps being registered

Hey, so I'm having extra steps being registered when I have not been walking, but I am moving my arms though. Is it because my Blaze is picking all movement as a step??

I recommend checking out this help article for more information on getting extra steps. You can always remove data from your Fitbit if it's picked up extra steps with these instructions.
