Yesterday and today I tried using my phone app to post my run to facebook, but facebook wasn't one of the options available to me. So I revoked the license hoping that it just needed to be reset again, however, now the only option available on my fitbit account to sync to is Twitter.
Does anyone know if there's an issue with Facebook and Fitbit?

I had the same issue with sharing to Twitter recently, but that was because the Twitter application wasn't installed on my phone. Is Facebook installed on your phone by any chance? If it isn't I would install it on my phone and set up the license again for Fitbit to post to Facebook for you. Then I would go back into the Fitbit app and try again.
