Facebook does not show as an option for adding friends.

Is this a change in the app, or by Facebook. Or is something wrong with the setup?

Looks as if this has been changed. It only showed you the limited Facebook friends that had connected their fitbit accounts.

It really is not a hard workaround. 

• Tap on your community user name found above
• Tap on Go to User Profile. 
• This is the web address to send to anyone that you want to be friends with. 
• The link you send will be https://www.fitbit.com/user/B3KW3C

This option would be on your friends page and I don't see it there. I also don't see this option at https://www.fitbit.com/friends

As many have noticed, users rarely found Facebook friends that have fitbits, t rough this option, simply because they hadn't linked the accounts.
