Is there a factory reset on the versa 2?

My screen flashes on and off, looks like a movie reel trying to start and it has a bright light in the background. Help!

Hi, it will not shut down, it comes back on?

That didn't work. It turns back on so I am not sure if I have really shut it off?

Who said anything bout shutting it off?  It's not supposed to shut down.  On restart, after holding button 10 seconds, you get the fitbit logo, then screen comes on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

How to do a factory reset

To perform a factory reset on a Versa 2 do the following:

1. On the watch swipe left and tap on Settings.
2. Swipe down to the last option About.
3. Select Factory Reset.

Please note that it's not recommended to perform a factory reset as part of a troubleshooting unless our Support team tells you to do so.
