I updated to Android 13 today.
From then on, no sync possible anymore.

Now I'm stuck with a watch that can't be connected anymore and is stuck in install mode.
Edit: To clarify. The Charge 5 is being seen via bluetooth, i get's found by the app, but it doesn't complete the connection.

Ok I just did the Samsung update on my phone and my Charge 4 now synchs.
To do this manually on your phone
1. Go to Settings
2. From there go to Software Updates and check for updates
3. Follow the instructions there to check for and install any new Samsung updates
Once I did the update, my fitbit synched, it took a bit for it to finish synching but it's now working
I just another Update 18 on my Flip3. Why don't they send them to everyone at the same time? I still cannot sync my Luxe to my phone.
Best AnswerThe Samsung update did not automatically load, every day I have been checking settings, software update, check for software updates, and today finally there was one, I downloaded the update, and my fitbit didn't pair the first few times I tried it, but then voila, on the fourth try it did! Chicago Verizon.
Best AnswerThat's great. I'm in nyc, tmobile. I don't have an android fitbit app update yet, but im glad it seems to be rolling out soon! This been too long.
Better Beta testing needs to be done on all devices. Especially popular fold/flip ones. Problems that span a period of months should not be happening.

I've had the same problem with my Charge 4 and my Samsung Z Fold 3 since a security update back in early December. I received a security patch update today from Samsung. After the new update finished loading, I tried to pair it again. Viola...I'm back in business. Maybe try your's now, too... Good luck.
