That was a few days ago and still no update in the Canadian store… uninstall/reinstall to see if the update number is just not showing in the store details but nope. 3.72 still the only one available. Any chance that when it was submitted, it didn’t include all regions? How would one get access to this update without having to wait on this ‘progressive roll-out’?

Im in America and still don't have the 3.73 update. I don't think anyone does yet. Everyone who has gotten an update that fixed it was an update on Samsungs end not Fitbits.
And unfortunately I still dont have the samsung update either 😭

There is a new Fitbit app version, which is supposed to address this. My understanding is that the app rolls out over a short period of time to different geographic areas.

Why wouldnt Fitbit simply state that when you call them? It is very helpful to know theres a fix and it's making its way through the world. Thanks for your help.

The Samsung update fixed my issue, for now. When is the FitBit update expected? Moderators, please don't give that generic answer. We need a specific date.

When was yours available? I found a lot of people claiming an update, yet I don't have an update.

I call bs. If it's corrected for you on the 10th then why am I on the 12th don't have it yet? Why not release it to everybody at the same time? This is poorly executed.

Moderators posted on Jan. 9th about the update for the app. I've checked the store, it's the 12th why am I still waiting?

During the roll out how do they prioritize who gets it first? And why?

I have a Note 20 Ultra running Android 13, and I'm facing similar issues. My Sense will sync, eventually, but it constantly disconnects from the phone; and has to be either restarted (both the watch and the phone) or force stop the Fitbit app, turn off bluetooth, restart the Fitbit app and turn bluetooth back on. This occurs at least 10 times per day. No update from Fitbit. My phone is currently downloading an update from Samsung. I hope this does the trick, but I'm not too hopeful. There was nothing in the update notes about improvements to bluetooth.
