I updated to Android 13 today.
From then on, no sync possible anymore.

Now I'm stuck with a watch that can't be connected anymore and is stuck in install mode.
Edit: To clarify. The Charge 5 is being seen via bluetooth, i get's found by the app, but it doesn't complete the connection.

Same here. T-Mobile, Z Flip3 5g, Charge 5, Charge 4, Versa 2, and a Flex. Live in Texas. Had a Samsung update yesterday, which did nothing to solve problem. No Fitbit update yet. I have uninstalled, reset, etc, many times.

My luxe magically started connecting today(after not connecting since mix december) just in time for me to win a Versa 4 from a work event and now the Luxe syncs but the Versa 4 wont connect!

I'm assuming that the 9 will be the next update. I git the same as you. I'm on the Tmobile network. Still waiting. I chatted with someone from fitbit online today and he said that the fitbit app update should be completely rolled out by 01/17. Not sure of ue was telling the truth
I haven't been able to sync my Luxe with my Samsung flip 4 since December 28, 2022, and now it has the wrong time on it (4 hours difference), so I can't even use it as a watch. I am very frustrated!!!!
So where did you get the direction and resources to do that? Samsung today won't admit there's even a problem. Fitbit says a fix is early 2023. And you have a fix that involves both of them? I call BS.
