Feedback about Fitbit app - My opinion

Hello everyone,,

It's just gotten worse with every single update. A few years ago it worked maybe half of the time but after the last few updates (which also now require an internet connection AND your location to be turned on to sync - WHY??) it only works maybe one out of every 3 or 4 tries.

I just don't understand why a company that is this big and has so much money has such a horribly buggy app.

If you would care to say what you are having trouble with, maybe somebody could help you.  But when you just say it is horrible, that's not enough for anyone here to go on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
