Feedback about the Sleep Study

I participated in a 30 day sleep study conducted by FitBit. At the end of the study I was promised a promo code for 30 days of Fitbit Premium. I religiously completed the daily survey for the study, then upon completion I was sent a congratulations message but never given the promo code. After contacting customer support I was given the run around for weeks before being of accused of quitting the study early which forfeited the free 30 days of premium access. I was completely taken advantage of. Fitbit used my time and input free of charge for this study. I've been a loyal customer for years. Being accused of lying was the last straw. I'll be trading in my entire family's Fitbit devices for Garmin trackers. Beware of this scam. Shame on you Fitbit.

@Odyssey13 Thank you for flagging this post.

@DupedCustomer12 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for sharing your experience with our Support team. I see where your frustration is coming from.

I appreciate the time you took to complete the sleep study each day. I was able to see that our Support team was in touch with you today, in order to avoid confusion, it's recommended to continue the communication with them, since they have access to your case details, they'll provide the options available.

Also, if you haven't tried any Premium trial, you could sign up for the one that's available to anyone new to Premium, where you'll get 90 day trial.

Thank you for your understanding. Hope this helps.
