I recently got my fit bit wet and I put it into rice for 3 days. Let it charge overnight and it is working. But it won't sync to my phone. I also put a new band on it due to my other one breaking off pretty much. Was hoping there was something else I can do to get it to work. I dont want to have to buy a new one.

@KaylaBooher, did you restart the tracker after you charged it? If not, you should try that to ensure the tracker started correctly after removing it from the rice. BTW, it should not be necessary to leave the tracker on the charger overnight, as it fully charges in 1.5 to 2 hours.

Not sure if it is your fitbit. All the users in our house are having problems with their fitbits syncing. Since yesterday afternoon, none of our fitbits will sync with our any of our devices.

I am having the same issue here. Since yesterday night not able to sync to my phone.
I thought something went wrong with my phone or fitbit. Reset multiple times and yet still the same. Even when i tried to pair it with another device, i am having the same problem. And the 4 letter codes didn't even appear when prompt by my new device during pairing. I am not sure if it is the app having issue or my fitbit is gone.

One other thing to try since the 4 letter code does not even show up, @ErikG42.
- From your phone, go to settings and turn Bluetooth off.
- Move to a room that has no other Bluetooth devices (other Fitbits, wireless speakers, etc.)
- Turn Bluetooth back on and try pairing and syncing again.
If this does not work, contact Customer Support

My phone & Charge 2 were sync without any issues until the latest upgrade - now it is crap - no settings to my knowledge have been changed. This is highly frustrating when I have never had any issues before.
Using an Android phone.

Just realised what seems to be happening on my phone is that 'fitbit' app has signed out - all of a sudden it asked me to log in and now sync has worked. Why is it logging me out - but I am still in the app with no knowledge that this has happened - the app is not working correctly!?!?!
