My Fitbit is not syncing, and it hasn't synced since 7/6/18. The only things that are counting in the App are calories but my Blaze watch is counting everything normally. I saw there was a data issue with android devices (I have an LG) so I re-installed and updated, then restarted my phone. No improvement. Is this an additional problem people are seeing recently?

I have the same problem! I had a Fitbit One it has not synced since June 7th! Everything is reading correctly on the device. Is this an Android issue?

I am also having issues with my Charge HR syncing. I thought it was just a couple of day thing, but when I checked it last night it hadn't synced since 14Jun2018. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone (LG6), as well as the dongle and bluetooth on my laptop, and none of them can sync. I don't get an error message or anything, but after about 10 minutes of trying and failing to sync, I get a little red exclamation point in the watch profile. If I click that, it just tries to sync again.

I am so tired of my Ionic not syncing. I have an android OS and up until last week all seemed good. However, now my new exercise task is getting anything to sync. Fitbit you should add 'constant syncing' as one of the exercise shortcuts as this seems to be the only thing my Ionic and the APP is good for. All seemed to start failing when the APP was updated to include "female heath" which serves no purpose to me. STOP THIS MADNESS, FITBIT! Get it together once and for all and don't tell me it's my phone. That excuse doesn't cut it!

My versa is not syncing with my samsung galaxy s8. There would be days where it won't sync and then it would sync for a bit and now it doesn't again. This seemed to have started around late June.
My clock face is giving me a clock error. This is the 2nd time!

I have an Alta HR and it has not synced since the 6th of July. I've reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. It's very frustrating now!

I have an LG G5 Android and a Versa. I have had issues with the app since the app started crashing last week and Fitbit said to reinstall it. It will not sync to my phone while my computer is on. It will not send notifications from my phone to my Versa. It worked FINE until the app was reinstalled. I have done all the troubleshooting I can possibly do. All Fitbit did was blame it on my phone not being fully supported. Yet, they couldn't answer when I asked why it worked perfectly fine before. I hope they fix this mess soon. Android users getting dumped on yet again!!!

I hope they fix it once and for all as this 'blame the phone' excuse is OLD! However, I think you are right, Android users are getting the dump again!

After an excellent tech, it is working again. My computer has Bluetooth built in, which was causing interference in syncing. If you guys have that, I recommend turning it off unless you need it. Cause you can't sync to phones while the computer is running Bluetooth.
They fixed my notifications. The app never asked for permission from my phone to access my notifications. Once it did, and I was able to turn everything back on it works fine. I hope this helps someone!

My Fitbit one has not been syncing steps either since Sunday. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and then it syncs but only at that moment. Only way to sync is to reinstall. I have a Samsung Galaxy s8. The app syncs fine on my surface probook though. Hope this gets fixed.

That's weird. Mine quit syncing on 7/6 too. Could there have been an update that screwed it up?

I had the same problem noticed Fitbit had not synced in acouple of days to Droid I think after I connect to Bluetooth speaker couldn't pair with charge again don't understand why it can't be paired with multiple devices but anyways what I did was logged I to chrome Fitbit dashboard added shortcut to home screen and now I'm gonna delete the app altogether don't know if it's the best but we will see ,
