My FitBit has not synced to the app since Wednesday morning at 652 am. I checked for updates, restarted my phone, restarted Bluetooth, and even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app with no luck. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Best AnswerI called tech support and they were great. I have a fitbit One and was told tobpkig it in to the charger. Then press and hold the button for 10 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug, wait 10 seconds, then press the button until it turns back on. It synced perfectly as soon as I turned it back on!
