Hello @Groovygecko, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community. I'm not sure if it was your calorie goal the one it change or the time of your exercise?
Would you mind to share a screenshot of the information you noticed it changed? This will allow me to assess a better response since your goals are not able to automatically change, certainly it is an odd behavior. If it was the time of the exercise, it will depend which stats you saw it change, even the nature of the exercise itself might be the cause. If you need more help to upload screenshots use the following post as a walkthrough.
