Notifications not bridging

Hi, I have a Samsung galaxy s5 and I'm having trouble getting my notifications. It used to be fine, but when I got into the alta menu in the app and click Notifications, it had me enable notifications, which were already enabled, so I reenable them. After that it nevery takes me to the second menu where I can set up notifications or send a test notification. Why won't it move past the enable screen?

Hello @rawkfemme, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community. is it giving you an error or the screen stay blank after you re-enable the notifications?

Perhaps the following post will guide you through to address this issue. The scenario is different but the steps will apply to your case too.

You can try also this post for general troubleshooting steps about notifications: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Hope this helps. See you around!

Rawkfemme, go in like you have been,  disable notifications for fitbit, leave, go back in and re enable fitbit, it buys me another 24 hours,  then you have to do it again. Hope this helps
