Can you please provide more details as to what specific situation are you experiencing with the Fitbit app on your Android device? Also, can you tell me what model of Samsung are you using?

Thank you for your response
I have the Samsung s8 my wife has the Samsung s7 and my daughter has the Samsung s6 all have the following problem
since Fitbit updated 3 updates ago the heart monitor does not work at all the steps keep going back to zero and the Cals also keeps going back to zero
I have also uninstalled and re- installed and still does not work
