Fitbit App not working

Fitbit App stops every time I try to open it on my Android phone.  I have followed all the suggestions to fix it..

I'm sorry to hear that your app is not working well.  Thank you for letting us know that you tried to resolve the issue before contacting us. 

Please confirm if you have tried the steps below; if not, I suggest you try them:

  1. Log out from your account
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Log in back
  4. Check if the problem has been resolved.

I can't get to the Fitbit App. It closes right after I try to open it. I
have force stopped, deleted, toggled Bluetooth, restarted phone and
redownloaded app. Itt still. Closes as soon as I try to open it.

We have tried all possible steps through this channel to try to resolve this issue. My best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.

Doing the same for me too.  Tap on app icon and it immediately closes out.  Already tried a phone restart & a reinstall of the Fitbit app.  What's going on Fitbit????????

I have the same exact problem! Android phone, all updated, have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and storage, updating OS on phone. Nothing. Chat support couldn't help. Is there some sort of glitch in the system with Androids?

At 10 pm last night I went through all the steps and was finally able to
reinstall the app and it's working. However, my data from the previous
night was not there. From about 8pm to 8 am, Tuesday evening to Wednesday
morning, it is not available.

Last night at 10 pm I was able to reinstall the app and it is working.
However data from Wed 8pm to Thursday morning at 8am is missing.
