Fitbit App - "View All Posts" does not display ALL posts

Hello,

 

Something happened with the Fitbit app and I tried to clean the cache, data, reinstall... no luck.

So when I click on a random person profile, friend or not (or even on my profile), I am able to scroll through a few of his posts (5 to be exact), latest ones and at the bottom I have an text with "View All Posts"... if I click on it I CAN'T see all the posts  for some reason, it limits me to the same latest 5 posts that I was able to see prior to the moment I pushed the button (text)... so basically all I can see is the last 5 posts and nothing further.

 

Can you help me with this please? Any thoughts? Did Fitbit changed something and you can only keep the last 5 posts the rest (oldest) will be deleted automatically?

Fitbit Update: 4/14

Hi all,

We've escalated this issue to our team as previously mentioned. Our apologies for the delay in getting this resolved. We're aware this is still an ongoing issue with the most current Android app version 3.18. 

Once we have more information or if a fix is released, we'll provide that update here. We really appreciate your patience.

Any idea when this will be fixed? I just got my Fitbit a few days ago. Very frustrating that I spent so much money on something that isn't doing all it's supposed to!

Yes it is very frustrating, but I figure if nothing has been done by now
then nothing will be done about it, so reprioritise. Not much help I know.
