Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing

I m new user. Initially Charge 2 worked well yesterday but not sinking now from yesterday 10.40 pm. Need resolution

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Charge 2 not syncing properly. I'd like to know what happens exactly when you're trying to sync. Do you see any error message or it will just not sync?

I would also like to know what is the phone you're using for syncing. Have you checked if it's a compatible device? If not, you can take a look at the list of compatible devices here.

Please provide with as much detail as possible and I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi,

 

I'am having the same issue. Since the last update it is not syncing anymore. I'am using a Nokia 6.1, but also tried to sync with a LG Nexus 5x and that is not working either.

 

Hope you can solve this issue!

My Charge 2 has not synced since 5/23/18. Turned Bluetooth off then on; restarted Samsung S5. I see there are many others having this issue.

Faced same issue but after reset app and switch on all permissions it's working fine now. Do try

I have tried that. Reinstalled the app, deleted my device from the app, turned bluetooth off and on again. Then the app couldn't find my device at all.

Tried it for 5 times and now... it works... I have no idea wat did the trick, because I tried everything a few times. But setting up everything from scratch seems a good idea.

Same issue. Flex 2 not syncing. I thought it was because I did something wrong in the pool. But it worked afterwards and shows fully charged. Went from 26000 per day on vacation to 10000 to zero.
