@Lunavw A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
- Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
- Restart your phone and restart your device.
- Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
- Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
- You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
Let me know how it goes

That didn't help. My Fitbit too is not getting connected to one plus 7t. Please make fitbit compatible with one plus.

@find_me @Akash15790 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your inquiry. We are basing the compatibility mostly on the OS version that your phone has. The phone needs to run Android OS version 7 or above to work with Fitbit devices. You can read more about these requirements here.
Please do try the suggestions in the link I shared in my previous post as it does contain additional instructions to help sync on Android devices. I personally couldn't get my Ionic to sync in the background nor getting notifications until I played with my phone's battery saving settings. After that I got these features back.
Keep me posted.
